Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Dixon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan System Failure

Cause of Death B: Cyanide Poisoning and Inhalation Injury

Cause of Death C: Thermal Injuries
