(L.A.) Timothy Daly, 39, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Daly.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:37 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 25/26, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
