Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tiffanie Sullivan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:49 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
