Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Piazza.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:30 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
