Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Ethridge. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Bonilla.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
RIP THOMAS ALBERT ETHRIDGE (February 12, 1988 – August 2, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:50 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
