Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Thomas Avila.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Cerebrovascular Accident

Cause of Death B: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.
