(L.A.) Terri Humphrey, 60, Died From a Coke OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Terri Humphrey.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Cocaine Intoxication

RIP TERRI HUMPHREY (November 9, 1963 – September 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:17 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
