The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Terri Howell.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Ethanol Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:57 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 15, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
