Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Teresa Savaikie.

Cause of Death: Effects of Loperamide, Hydrocodone, Diphenhydramine, Mirtazapine, Venlafaxine, and Diazepam
