Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Teral Jackson Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

RIP TERAL JACKSON JR. (September 7, 1997 – January 23, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:14 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
