This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Methamphetamine can cause ischemia in the gastric mucosa, inhibit gastric motility, and lead to increased intragastric and intra-abdominal pressure due to inhalation, all of which can contribute to peptic ulcer formation and perforation.
