(L.A.) Taven Harris, 43, Died at an Embankment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Black male that occurred at an embankment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Taven Harris.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP TAVEN HARRIS (August 31, 1981 – April 8, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:18 p.m.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s date of death as April 7, 2025.
