Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Black female that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tajuanae Jackson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Cocaine Effects; Cardiomegaly
