The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has ordered Gynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility Institute (GREFI) of San Juan, Puerto Rico and its Medical Director and Owner, Dr. Rosa I. Cruz, to immediately cease manufacturing due to significant violations of FDA regulations.
