(L.A.) Steven Pratch, 59, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old male of “Hispanic/Latin American” ethnicity that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Steven Pratch.

Cause of Death: Toxic Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Phencyclidine, and Temazepam

This appears likely to be an accidental overdose.

The decedent was arrested by Pasadena Police on April 28, 2021, for 11350(A) – Possession of Narcotic Controlled Substance.
