(L.A.) Steven Pellar, 60, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Steven Pellar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Choking

Other Significant Conditions: Schizophrenia, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
