Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a hospital/polyclinic.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Steve Lucas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Condition: History of Cerebrovascular Accident
