(L.A.) Stephen Harrell, 63, Died at a Bus Transit Center

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Black male that occurred at a bus transit center.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Stephen Harrell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:22 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
