(L.A.) Stephanie Zelaznik, 64, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Stephanie Zelaznik.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine

RIP STEPHANIE ZELAZNIK (June 12, 1960 – April 5, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
