(L.A.) Stephanie Soto, 45, Died in Calabasas

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Stephanie Soto.

Manner of Death: Undetermined

Cause of Death: Inhalation of Products of Combustion and Thermal Injuries

RIP STEPHANIE SOTO (February 23, 1980 – March 31, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:00 p.m.

The decedent appears to have been the wheelchair-bound woman who perished in a mobile home fire in Calabasas.

Firefighters had arrived to the area near Mulholland and Dry Canyon Cold Creek Road shortly after 3:25 p.m.

The medical examiner was unable to conclude as to whether this was a natural, accidental, suicidal or homicidal death.
