(L.A.) Stalin Wu, 35, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Asian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Stalin Wu.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Carfentanil, and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:40 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent was of Chinese descent. 吳明敏 [sp?]
