Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old individual that occurred at a playground.

The coroner’s office identified the teen as Spencer Evans.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
