The coroner’s office identified the woman as Soon Choi.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Neck Trauma

Cause of Death B: History of Syncopal Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus
