(L.A.) Simon Ndichu, 43, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Simon Ndichu, originally from Kenya.
Height: 6 feet 1 inch. Weight: 170 pounds.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Ethanol Intoxication
Other Significant Condition: Cardiomegaly

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:38 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for illicit substances.
Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the users didn’t intend to kill themselves. The decedent did, however, have a record of being arrested for public intoxication, in July 2021.
We do not know if he was injected with synthetic mRNA.
