(L.A.) Sienna Alfaro, 17, Died in Lakewood

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 17-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence in Lakewood.

The coroner’s office identified the teenage girl as Sienna Alfaro.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Head

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday morning.

The decedent and an older woman who appeared to have been her mother were shot by her father at their home. He also shot at his other daughter but missed. He then shot himself dead.

Three people died in a shooting Thursday morning in the 5800 block of Lorelei Avenue.

LASD received a call about the incident at around 7:53 a.m.
