Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old female that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sia Sangeet Bahlu.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Hypertensive Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine
Contributing Conditions: Obesity, History of Asthma and Stroke

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:43 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 6, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This is considered an accidental overdose.
The decedent’s name appears to be South Asian / Desi / Indian. The government investigator, however, listed her race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian.
