The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sheryl Merriman.

Manner of Death: Undetermined

Cause of Death: Undetermined

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:25 a.m.

The medical examiner was unable to conclude as to whether this was a natural, accidental, suicidal or homicidal death. It could have been an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
