Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Sheba Perry.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Fluorofentanyl

RIP SHEBA PERRY (March 7, 1989 – September 3, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:10 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in mid-December, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
