Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian female.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Shayna Aken. She was found dead in a residence.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Diazepam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:56 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
The decedent’s LinkedIn profile says she was a drug and alcohol counselor.
