(L.A.) Shawn Adams, 51, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Shawn Adams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP SHAWN ADAMS (June 20, 1972 – August 30, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:15 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
