Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Shane Schwasta of North Hollywood / Valley Village. Blonde hair. Blue Eyes. Height: 5 feet 5 inches. Weight: 145 pounds
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, Heroin, and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:05 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This is classified as an accidental overdose.
The decedent had multiple arrests on record, including for burglary, assault, and being intoxicated in public.

Shane was a dear friend of mine. LA wasn’t very kind to her.

Shane was a troubled young girl who made mistakes. She damaged a lot of people’s lives.
She was someone that burned bridges by making them explode. She needed mental help, and rather than taking responsibility and asking for it, this was the result.
Rest In Peace, Shane. If not, may you find it in your next lifetime. Although deeply troubled and misguided, this is not an end result anyone deserves.
