(L.A.) Shane Camu, 32, Died From a Neck Shot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Shane Camu.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is McCollum.

Height: 5 feet 9 inches / Weight: 165 pounds

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Neck

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:41 a.m.

Long Beach PD said the man was shot in the 2200 block of Spaulding Street.

The decedent had a long rap sheet in the Southland stretching back at least ten years, including arrests for kidnapping, receiving stolen property, assault with a firearm, and possession of controlled substances.
