Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 85-year-old Latino male that occurred at a hospice facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Sergio Montenegro.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus
