Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred on a freeway.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Sebastian Rivera Romano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Toxic Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

Other Significant Conditions: Cirrhosis of the Liver with Ascites, Class III Obesity
