(L.A.) Sean Fernandez, 54, Died in Transitional Living

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latino male that occurred at a transitional living facility.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Sean Fernandez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP SEAN FERNANDEZ (December 9, 1970 – April 6, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
