(L.A.) Scott Sperling, 51, Died from Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his place of residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Scott Sperling.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP SCOTT SPERLING (November 23, 1971 – October 12, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:44 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 29, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
