Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Scarlett Findlay.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Lidocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:49 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
