(L.A.) Sarah Smith, 33, Died at a Halfway House

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a halfway house.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sarah Smith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl
