Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sara Witthauer.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:31 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
