Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian female who passed away at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Sara Cole.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Flualprazolam, and Methamphetamine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.

Flualprazolam is a tranquilizer of the triazolobenzodiazepine (TBZD) class, which are benzodiazepines (BZDs) fused with a triazole ring.
