(L.A.) Sandy Villagomez, 66, Died at a Gas Station

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a gas station.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Sandy Villagomez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use
