(L.A.) Samuel Montoya, 34, Died at a Dumpster Enclosure

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a dumpster enclosure.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Samuel Montoya.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
