Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Samir Allan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP SAMIR ALLAN (January 14, 1983 – June 28, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:17 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in September.
