Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Salvador Ortega Sandoval.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Torso

Formal pronouncement of death was made late Saturday night.

The decedent was shot in Lynwood at around 11:20 p.m.

LASD said the shooting happened in the 3100 block of Lynwood Road.
