Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sahara McFadden.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

RIP SAHARA MCFADDEN (August 4, 1985 – October 7, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 4:15 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
