(L.A.) Sage Vazquez, 3, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a three-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the boy as Sage Vazquez and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Choking
