Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ryan Robinson.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death A: Saddle Pulmonary Embolism
Cause of Death B: Probable Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis
Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Fentanyl, Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
The decedent is survived by her four children.
