(L.A.) Ryan Bertrand, 52, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Ryan Bertrand.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

RIP RYAN BERTRAND (May 15, 1972 – April 21, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:50 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
