The coroner’s office has identified the man as Russell Ragan.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type II, End-Stage Renal Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease
