(L.A.) Rudy Sitan, 31, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rudy Sitan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Dilated Cardiomyopathy

RIP RUDY SITAN (October 6, 1991 – June 25, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:11 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.

Drug deaths are frequently classified as accidents under the assumption that the users didn’t intend to kill themselves.
